The City of Eastlake is located in Lake County at the mouth of the Chagrin River, about 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland. A quiet lakefront suburb ideal for boaters and fisherman with its many marinas and fishing spots both along Lake Erie and the Chagrin River. It's also the home of the Lake County Captains, a Class A minor league baseball team, affiliated with the Cleveland Indians. Eastlake is noted for its "Boulevard of 500 Flags," constructed after 9/11 to pay honor to America's servicemen and women.
